Zathura: A Space Adventure (Jon Favreau) - 2005

There are games and there are games.  This one is special.  Danny and Walter are brothers who do not like each other very much.  Danny found a game that took them to outer space and an epic battle with the Zorgons.  Fortunately, their house in space retains its air, water, electricity and gas.  Don't ask why the utilities continue to work in spite of the fact that the house is detached and flying in space several parsecs beyond the crab nebula.  I guess it takes an apocalyptic event and a cheesy board game to bring siblings closer together.  Great fun!
