Mad #341 (Nick Meglin and John Ficarra) - Circus Issue - December 1995

This issue includes the excellent circus-poster back cover by Jack Davis featuring "Limbaugh the Clown."  Clown Rush is still juggling the facts as I write this today.  Inside are more clowns from Duck Edwing ("Duck Edwing Clowns Around").  The best article of the issue is the double-splash-page in the center ("These Days We Consider Ourselves Lucky ...") written by Butch D'Ambrosio and drawn by Tom Bunk.  D'Ambrisio's observations are just as true today.  Look for John Ficarra, Nick Meglin and Al Jaffee in Bunk's diorama. The "Tobacco Executive of the Year" is named "Jim Reaper;" the baby of the pregnant woman on page 46 is gasping for air.
