Mad #325 (Nick Meglin and John Ficarra) - Beavis and Butt-Head Issue - February 1994

Beavis and Butt-Head is an awful cartoon consisting of gross and nasty humor that both of my teenaged sons seemed to enjoy.  This poorly-drawn creation by Mike Judge appeared on cable television from 1993 to 1997 with a movie in 1996.  The Mad cover by Sam Viviano recast Bill Clinton and Al Gore as the dimwit stars.  Viviano also drew the three-page "When the Beavis & Butt-Head Phenomenon Spreads Into Politics" with Joseph Biden, Ted Kennedy, William Rehnquist, Ruth Ginsburg, Dan Quayle, Mario Cuomo, Ross Perot, Jack Kemp, William Bennett, Bob Dole, Dan Rather and Connie Chung as the unfortunate foils.  In addition, Angelo Torres put the boys on a "Wanted for Arson" poster in "The Stooge-itive."  However, the real butt-head was identified by Stan & Chris Hart in "The Conservative Talk Show Host of the Year," and by Al Jaffee in the "Mad Fold-In."  [JAM 5/5/2012]
