Mad #307 (Nick Meglin and John Ficarra) - Robin Hood Issue - December 1991

Jack Davis said hello to Tracy, Micheal, Rob, Brian, Ricky and Bryan in Stan Hart's parody ("Throbbin Hood: Prince of Heaves") of this unremarkable remake of the Robin Hood legend.  Yet, the Hart/Davis parody was much better than the twin duds by Dick DeBartolo ("Familiar Matters" and "Hack-Draft").  However, DeBartolo truly had very little with which to work.  The entire issue seems to be a patchwork of tired jokes.  [JAM 2/5/2012]

Throbbin Hood has golf clubs in his quiver.
