1989

In 1989, I started an MBA program with Pepperdine University.  Most of the night classes were held in an office building in Long Beach.  The company covered 80% of the cost.  The first class was Organization Behavior with first-time professor Susan Loveira instructing.  It was the best class of the program.  Ms. Loveira made the class interesting with her bubbly personality and innovative style.  On the last day, she presented each student with a funny class portrait that she had drawn.  [JAM 3/23/2010]  I am the one with the thought bubble about Laura Nyro.  [JAM 6/12/2020]
